Directions
- Preheat oven to 400º.
- Combine brown sugar, Sriracha Chili sauce, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Add aluminum foil to rimmed baking sheet.
- Place a wire cooling rack on top, spray with cooking spray.
- Place bacon slices on top of rack, do not overlap.
- Microwave spice mixture for 15-20 seconds until spreadable.
- Brush mixture on top of bacon slices.
- Place in preheated oven and cook for 13 minutes.
- Remove from oven and flip bacon.
- If necessary, reheat spice mixture with water to ensure it’s spreadable.
- Brush mixture on top of bacon slices.
- Return to oven and cook for 13 minutes until crispy.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for 1 minute
- Enjoy!
