Did you know? Applewood does indeed come from Apple trees. Once a tree can no longer produce fruit, it is felled and processed to make applewood chips that can be used for smoking

Pan fry
- Arrange bacon slices in a pan or skillet
- Cook at medium heat turning frequently until desired crispness is reached.
Microwave
- Place bacon slices between paper towels on a mirowaveable plate.
- Microwave on high power as indicated.
- 2 slices: 1-2 minutes
- 4 slices: 2-3 minutes
Conventional oven
- Place individual slices on a sheet pan.
- Place the pan in a preheated 350°F oven for approximately 35 minutes.
- Drain on a paper towel.
