Directions
- Cook bacon in a sauté pan until crisp. Drain and cool after cooking and crumble the bacon.
- Toast the sourdough slices until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the avocado spread over a slice of toast and top each with bacon.
- Drizzle with hot honey and garnish with microgreens.
