Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400º.
  2. Combine brown sugar, Sriracha Chili sauce, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Add aluminum foil to rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Place a wire cooling rack on top, spray with cooking spray.
  5. Place bacon slices on top of rack, do not overlap.
  6. Microwave spice mixture for 15-20 seconds until spreadable.
  7. Brush mixture on top of bacon slices.
  8. Place in preheated oven and cook for 13 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and flip bacon.
  10. If necessary, reheat spice mixture with water to ensure it’s spreadable.
  11. Brush mixture on top of bacon slices.
  12. Return to oven and cook for 13 minutes until crispy.
  13. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 1 minute
  14. Enjoy!
