Directions

  1. Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Chop into bits.
  2. Chop the Broccoli: Stalks included. Place into a large salad bowl.
  3. Chop the Red Onion: Set aside for future mixing.
  4. Add Additional Ingredients: raisins, crispy bacon bits, chopped onion, and sunflower kernels.
  5. Make the Salad Dressing: In a separate bowl, mix the mayo, sugar, and vinegar together.
  6. Combine and Complete: Pour salad dressing and combine with broccoli mixture. Stir well. Refrigerate until serving.
