

Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Maple Syrup

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450º.
- Halve Brussels sprouts and placed on rimmed baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Toss to combine and arrange in single layer on sheet, cut side down.
- Cut bacon slices crosswise into ½ inch pieces. Scatter over Brussels sprouts.
- Roast until sprouts are well browned on the bottom, approx. 20-25 minutes.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and toss. Add salt to taste as needed.
- Enjoy!
