Directions
- Preheat oven to 325º.
- Line a roasting pan with foil and place on middle rack.
- Place the spiral ham cut-side down on pan and cover with foil. Place in oven.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the following: Orange juice, Lime juice, Honey, Brown sugar, Chili powder, Crushed red pepper flakes, Garlic powder, Salt and pepper
- Bring mixture to a simmer and stir occasionally until thick (10 minutes). Sitr in orange zest and remove from heat.
- Bake ham for roughly 1 hour (10 minutes per pound).
- After 1 hour of cooking, uncover ham and brush with citrus chili glaze.
- Continue baking ham uncovered for 30-40 minutes. Baste every 10 minutes until glaze is caramelized and sticky.
- Let ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and citrus slices.

- ¾ cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- ½ cup honey
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- ½ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- Zest of 1 orange
- Fresh herbs & citrus slices for garnish
