For the best experience and to serve it hot, please use the method below:
Conventional Oven:
- Preheat oven to 3500F.
- Remove ham from its package and cover it completely with aluminum foil to retain moisture.
- Place the carving ham in a shallow roasting pan.
- Heat for approximately 15 minutes/lb. Start checking the internal temperature frequently after 90 minutes of cooking. Once internal temperature reaches 1400F, removed it from oven.
- Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
