Pan fry

  1. Arrange bacon slices in a pan or skillet
  2. Cook at medium heat turning frequently until desired crispness is reached.

Microwave

  1. Place bacon slices between paper towels on a mirowaveable plate.
  2. Microwave on high power as indicated.
    • 2 slices: 1-2 minutes
    • 4 slices: 2-3 minutes

Conventional oven

  1. Place individual slices on a sheet pan.
  2. Place the pan in a preheated 350°F oven for approximately 35 minutes.
  3. Drain on a paper towel.
