- Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 375°F. Grease a standard 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Cook Bacon: Fry SunnyValley Applewood Bacon until crispy. Drain and chop into small pieces.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Add Cheese & Bacon: Stir in shredded cheddar and chopped bacon, reserving a small handful of each for topping.
- Add Beer: Pour beer into the dry mixture, stirring until just combined (batter will be thick).
- Bake: Spread batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bacon on top. Pour melted butter evenly over batter.
