Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Maple Syrup

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450º.
  2. Halve Brussels sprouts and placed on rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Toss to combine and arrange in single layer on sheet, cut side down.
  4. Cut bacon slices crosswise into ½ inch pieces. Scatter over Brussels sprouts.
  5. Roast until sprouts are well browned on the bottom, approx. 20-25 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with maple syrup and toss. Add salt to taste as needed.
  7. Enjoy!
