Directions

  1. Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 325°F. Remove ham from packaging and place in a large roasting pan, cut side down. Set glaze packet aside.
  2. Prepare Pineapple Bourbon Glaze: In a small saucepan, combine bourbon, brown sugar, Dijon, butter, and the included SunnyValley glaze packet. Simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring until thickened.
  3. Glaze Ham & Add Pineapple: Brush ham generously with glaze. Arrange pineapple rings on top and secure with toothpicks or whole cloves. Drizzle additional glaze over the ham.
  4. Bake: Cover loosely with foil and roast for about 1 hour 30 minutes, basting with glaze every 30 minutes. Remove foil for the last 15 minutes to caramelize.
  5. Serve: Transfer ham to a platter, spoon caramelized pineapple and pan juices over the top, and garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme. Slice and serve warm.
