

Roasted Garlic Chicken & Bacon Pasta with Homemade Ranch

Homemade Ranch Directions:
- Whisk together mayo, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
- Add all spices and whisk until combined and smooth.
- Add lemon, whisk.
- Pour into jar and chill until ready to serve.
- Enjoy!
Pasta Directions:
- Boil pot of water and cook cavatappi until al dente.
- While pasta is cooking, cut bacon into small pieces and cook until crispy. Spoon out bacon, leaving grease in pan.
- Cut chicken in half lengthwise to create 4 thinner pieces. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to skillet and cook in bacon grease until golden and cooked through. Transfer chicken out of skillet.
- Add chicken broth and cream cheese to skillet, cooking for approx. 5 minutes until cream cheese is melted and sauce thickens. Add in homemade ranch, stir.
- Cut cooked chicken into strips.
- Toss drained pasta with sauce and bacon. Top bowl with cooked chicken and freshly grated Parmesan.

- 2 chicken breasts, cut lengthwise
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 8 oz cream cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese to taste

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp dried dill weed
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp dried chives
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp cracked black pepper
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
