Directions

  1. Cook Bacon: Fry SunnyValley Pepper Bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  2. Prepare Patties: In a bowl, gently mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  3. Grill Burgers: Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties 4–5 minutes per side until desired doneness. Top with cheddar cheese during the last minute to melt.
  4. Toast Buns: Lightly butter brioche buns and toast on the grill until golden.
  5. Assemble Burgers: Spread BBQ sauce or chipotle mayo on the bottom bun. Add lettuce, tomato, burger patty with melted cheese, caramelized onions, and two slices of pepper bacon. Top with bun.
  6. Serve: Secure with a skewer if needed. Serve hot with fries or chips.
