Roasted Garlic Chicken & Bacon Pasta with Homemade Ranch

Directions

Homemade Ranch Directions:

  1. Whisk together mayo, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
  2. Add all spices and whisk until combined and smooth.
  3. Add lemon, whisk.
  4. Pour into jar and chill until ready to serve.
  5. Enjoy!

Pasta Directions:

  1. Boil pot of water and cook cavatappi until al dente.
  2. While pasta is cooking, cut bacon into small pieces and cook until crispy. Spoon out bacon, leaving grease in pan.
  3. Cut chicken in half lengthwise to create 4 thinner pieces. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add chicken to skillet and cook in bacon grease until golden and cooked through. Transfer chicken out of skillet.
  5. Add chicken broth and cream cheese to skillet, cooking for approx. 5 minutes until cream cheese is melted and sauce thickens. Add in homemade ranch, stir.
  6. Cut cooked chicken into strips.
  7. Toss drained pasta with sauce and bacon. Top bowl with cooked chicken and freshly grated Parmesan.

    • 8 oz uncooked cavatappi pasta
    • 2 chicken breasts, cut lengthwise
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
    • 8 oz cream cheese
    • Salt & pepper to taste
    • Grated Parmesan cheese to taste

    • ½ cup mayonnaise
    • ½ cup sour cream
    • ½ cup milk
    • 1 tsp dried dill weed
    • ½ tsp dried parsley
    • ½ tsp dried chives
    • ¼ tsp onion powder
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • ¼ tsp sea salt
    • 1/8 tsp cracked black pepper
    • Freshly squeezed lemon juice
