For the best experience and to serve it hot, please use the method below:

Conventional Oven:

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Remove ham from its package and cover it completely with aluminum foil to retain moisture.
Place the Spiral ham in a shallow roasting pan.
Heat for approximately 15 minutes/lb. Start checking the internal temperature frequently after 90 minutes of cooking. Once internal temperature reaches 140°F, removed it from oven.
Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Simple Carving Instructions:

Using a knife, cut around the center bone to release as many slices as desired.
Cut along the natural seams of the ham to separate the sections of slices you’ve already removed from the center bone.
