Directions
- Prep Rice: Break up cold, cooked rice with a fork to separate grains.
- Cook Aromatics: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté 2–3 minutes until softened.
- Add Ham & Pineapple: Stir in diced ham and pineapple, cooking until lightly caramelized, about 4 minutes.
- Scramble Eggs: Push mixture to one side of pan, pour in eggs, and scramble until just set. Mix back into ham and vegetables.
- Add Rice & Sauces: Add rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry 3–4 minutes until rice is heated through and lightly crisped.
- Finish & Serve: Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. oyster sauce (optional for depth)
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
